Q. Why do I need to specify whether I sell internationally?

This is important for our algorithms to determine the appropriate audience for your country. If your company sells internationally then we will provide audiences more akin to that market. This data only helps us help you with the accuracy of the algorithm.

Q. Why do I need to select the industries for my collections?

By selecting the appropriate industry you help us curate a much more accurate audience set for you. Our algorithms need certain information to be provided in order to perform with maximum accuracy & efficiency.

Q. What happens If my store has more orders than the plan allows?

If business is booming then congratulations! Strique will send you an alert to inform you that you are about to cross the threshold of orders. In that case all you want to do is upgrade your plan to something more appropriate.

Head over to ‘My Account’ and right at the top you will see your current subscription plan. You can click on upgrade for seamlessly adding a higher tier plan to your account.

Q. How can I update the industry type for a product or a collection?

You can update your industry type in a few easy steps! 

First let’s head over to the ‘Catalog’ tab. Once you’re there just head over to the product or collection you want to update. Click the edit icon and choose the industry type of your liking!

Q. How do I select multiple countries?

When you are creating a new audience you will be taken to a screen where you are presented with multiple filters. When you reach the location filter just enter the countries of your choice and Strique will do the rest for you!
