Voice is the newest and most high-leverage channel in the Strique stack. This playbook walks through setting up an outbound voice agent that calls warm leads from HubSpot, qualifies them, and books meetings on the team's Cal.com.

Step 1: HubSpot segment. Define the warm-lead segment (e.g. leads created in the last 14 days, >80 lead score, no outbound touch yet). Strique ingests this as the call queue.

Step 2: Voice selection. Pick an ElevenLabs voice from your Org's voice library, or clone a team member's voice for continuity. The system prompt is auto-composed from your brand tone + call script.

Step 3: Qualification criteria. Define what counts as qualified: budget, authority, fit signals. Strique writes the conversational flow to surface these naturally.

Step 4: Outcome paths. Define what happens for each outcome: qualified → book meeting on Cal.com; not ready → add to 90-day lifecycle sequence; not fit → archive.

Step 5: Approval gate. Before the agent calls anyone, you review the first three call transcripts in dry-run mode. Once approved, Strique starts calling live.

Step 6: Review loop. Every Monday, a Canvas report shows calls made, qualification rate, meetings booked, and sample transcripts. Tune the criteria and repeat.
