This playbook walks through the exact 90-minute sequence Strique runs on any new Meta Ads account. It's what we do on a customer's first day, and it's available to any Strique Org as a skill you can invoke with /meta-from-zero.
Minute 0 to 15: Account audit. We connect via OAuth, scan pixel health, conversion event setup, ad account structure, and historical performance. Output: a one-page Canvas report with red/yellow/green flags.
Minute 15 to 30: Structure. Based on your business type and budget, Strique drafts a campaign structure (prospecting + retargeting + brand, or merchant-first if you're e-com). One structure, one page, ready for your sign-off.
Minute 30 to 60: Creative brief. Strique drafts three to six creative concepts, each with a hook, angle, and visual direction, grounded in your brand voice and ICP. You approve which ones to generate.
Minute 60 to 90: Launch. Creatives are generated, budgets are set, targeting is configured, and the campaign is queued behind an approval gate. You review, you sign off, it goes live.
