The Website is owned and operated by Digimaze Marketing Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the provisions of The Companies Act 2013, having its registered address at 6th Floor, C-wing, Oberoi Garden Estate, Chandivali, Off Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai City MH- 400072 IN (“we”, “us”, “our”).This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from you, and outlines how you can limit the sharing of information. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Users, and follow the required and appropriate security, administrative measures and processes that are a must to take care and guard your personal data from breach of privacy, loss, misuse, or alteration of the same. We collect the User data from the merchant’s end-users after obtaining their express consent, and process the same to provide our Services to the merchants. To ensure that the end-users are aware, we request the merchants to share this Policy with them. This Policy confers upon all Users the same rights in relation to their personal data and as is set out in this Policy. In the event, the end-users withdraw their consent for collection, processing and storing of their data, the merchants shall be responsible for notifying us immediately, when the same comes to their knowledge. As merchants, you are responsible for complying with any or all regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to collecting end-users’ personal data. We shall not be liable to any end-user for any breach or negligence with respect to their data, if the same has been caused due to the merchant’s negligence or breach of obligations, as stated herein this Policy.

How we process the data:

Any deletion or corrections to your data shall only be undertaken on your express request and subject to your consent only. For the purpose of processing your data, we may engage a third-party data processor, in connection with the provision of the Services, who shall process the data in compliance with the applicable laws. In case of any change in the engagement of the current third-party data-processor, the same shall be updated on the Privacy Policy for your reference, at least 7 (seven) days prior to such appointment and engagement. How we store and secure the data:

Currently, we store your data on third-party servers, viz. Mongo DB, Digital Ocean and Amazon Web Services (AWS), and your data is transferred to these third-party service providers for storage purposes within 7 (seven) working days from the date of collection of your data. In the event you cease to be our customer and wish to remove your data from our servers, you may request the same by writing to us.  On any such requests by you, we will ordinarily remove your data within 45 (forty-five) days from the request. We may continue to retain your data as may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations and to defend any legal claims against us, as may become necessary.
