We get a huge amount of traffic on our website and sometimes the spammers tend to send spam/bot traffic as well to load the servers. By verifying the card details, we make sure only the legit businesses and users are getting the free trial that saves our server cost.

Do I need to pay additional for connecting more than 1 meta or google ad accounts?

We charge on the basis of Brand websites (Organizations) connected, there are chances that you might be having 3 different meta ad accounts for a single brand, you don't need to pay anything extra for upto 10 accounts.

Can I change my card and billing details?

Yes, you can modify and update your billing details from the "Plans & Billing" Section in Organization settings.

Do I need to pay for every user that I add to my Strique Organization?

No, we don't charge anything extra if you invite your team members in your Strique Organization.

From where can I get the invoice for the Strique subscription to share it with my finance team?

To download the invoice, navigate to Organization Settings > Plans & Billing > Billing History.

Can I upgrade my subscription from monthly to annual plan after few months use, as the annual plan is more cost effective?

Yes you can upgrade your subscription plan anytime to avail the annual plan discount. Go to "Plans & Billing" Section and click on "Upgrade".
